Items
1) Our items: We are picky about the items that we carry here. Feel free to provide us feedback via email about your experience with the products we carry. If we discover that an item is poorly made or it's claims/instructions are misleading or do not make sense, we will not continue to carrry it.
Shipping within the United States
2) Shipping: We want to ship your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. That is why we've chosen FedEx and USPS as our designated shipping agents. You will receive an email with order tracking information so that you know at all times what the status of your order is. We could have used alternate shippers that may have cost a little less in the long run, but the benefit of having a tracking number for your shipment and insurance on your purchases are very important to us.
For shipping your order in the continental United States we offer:
USPS Priority Mail: Reaches most destinations in 1-3 days.
Fed Ex Ground: Reaches you in 1-5 days. Fed Ex Ground is one of the fastest regular delivery methods available and should be suitable for most of your needs.

Under $50: Real-time Fed Ex Rates or USPS from our doorstep to yours!
$50 and over= $FREE$ USPS Priority Mail Shipping!
*Please note that orders that are unusually heavy or oversized may be charged at higher rates and may differ from the shipping charges received at checkout. If your order is one of these you will be contacted with an exact shipping quote. You will have the option to approve the new shipping fees or cancel your order at that time.
International Shipping
3) International Shipments: If you live outside of the continental 48 United States, then you must pick one of our international shipping options:
International First Class Mail by United States Postal Service (2-3 weeks):
Charges vary based on weight but are usually range between $10 and $40 for packages weighing not over 4 lbs that fit in our standard boxes.
Priority Mail International (6-10 days):
This is the safest and fastest way to have your merchandise sent. All packages have tracking numbers, and generally arrive in the 6-10 day window.
*Please note that it is common for packages to be delayed going through foreign customs. Please be patient as there is no way we can expedite this process.

*Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, customs fees or other charges specific to the country that you have requested your items ship to. We can not mark your item as a gift or misrepresent the value of your package.
Customer Verification
4) Customer Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have been supplied with inaccurate billing/shipping information. We will regularly verify billing information supplied by credit card customers and run those orders through the normal address verification process done through our merchant service provider. If you are a Paypal customer, we strongly encourage you to have both your shipping address and bank account Paypal Verified.
Returns
5) Returns: Any item that is defective will be refunded or exchanged once we have received your return. Before making a return, please email us at info [AT] trickshopmagic.com
so that we can assist you. Be advised that we can NOT accept returns on magic tricks, DVD/videos, or books. Because of the nature of these items, once you've found out the secret we consider the product non-returnable. An exception, of course, is if the item is defective. Then our normal return policy applies. Return shipping charges and/or restocking fees may apply on certain items and vary case by case. You will be notified via email of any applicable charges.
